The Final Move For Authoritarian Take Over Is In Process
Collecting and Collating the Private Data Was Probably the Primary Aim
The feud between the two most powerful men in our world had been eclipsed by the president calling up the National Guard to be deployed to LA on June 8th.,
Yesterday, the new overreach by the administration was the unlawful and disgusting hand cuffing of Senator Alex Padilla. This outrage was followed by Kristi Noem’s statement before ending the press conference. “We are not going away. We are staying here to liberate the city from the socialists and the burdensome leadership that this governor and that this mayor have placed on this country and what they have tried to insert into the city.”
Before the news moves into the next event in this nightmare we now call daily life, I want to remind everyone that the Palantir company works away compiling a dossier on each one of us every one of these days.
Back in the annals of the NY Times on May 30, 2025, the collecting of our personal data and the attempt to compile it into a master list of each person in the US was a major story.
According to the recent NY Times article, https://www.nytimes.com/2025/05/30/technology/trump-palantir-data-americans.htmlpalantir-data-americans.html written by Sheera Frenkel and Aaron Krolik, the Palantir Company has been hired to do just that.
The Supreme Court provided the Executive with vast power. The billionaire class provided enormous amounts of money. The backing, or rather direction of the creators of Project 2025, have provided the plan. The combination of these three gifts has given this administration a jump on the goals of dismantling governmental structures and collecting private data on the American people. The Justice system is slow even when it works and is not bungled up. As a result, one of the primary goals of DOGE, collecting our data from each of the systems it’s disrupted, has been accomplished or is rapidly moving in that direction.
The first paragraph in that Times article from May 30th, 2025 is telling. “In March, President Trump signed an executive order calling for the federal government to share data across agencies, raising questions over whether he might compile a master list of personal information on Americans that could give him untold surveillance power.” As upsetting as DOGE infiltrating and stealing previously private information is, the dire consequences regarding what they plan to do with it in collaboration with the Palantir Company collating it is truly chilling.
One founder of Palantir, the company advocated by DOGE to assist the government with data collection and compilation, is Peter Thiel. A name we’ve heard throughout the attempted undoing of American Democracy. He is the billionaire who groomed and recommended JD Vance for VP. He is intimately involved with Project 2025, and as a prelude to his new opportunity, he suggested his company could assist with monitoring the menstrual cycles of women on behalf of the anti-abortion policies being enacted in 2024. But now he has a much larger database to compile—the entire American public.
According to Wikipedia, “Palantir specializes in finding patterns in data and presenting the information in ways that are easy to process and navigate, such as charts and maps.” One of its principal products, Foundry, is the key product being implemented by the administration is Foundry,.
According to public records, the company has received more than $113 million in federal government spending since the beginning of 2025. The Department of Defense has recently awarded another $795 million contract. Foundry has now been installed in at least four federal agencies, including D.H.S. and the Health and Human Services Department. The Times article also reported that representatives of Palantir are speaking to the Social Security Administration and the Internal Revenue Service about buying its technology, as well.
The compilation of our data for the use by the government is more than concerning, it is dystopian. One of the ex-employees of Palantir, in speaking with the reporter about the infiltration of this kind of technology into government agencies said, “Combining all that data, even with the noblest of intentions, significantly increases the risk of misuse.” The Executive has proven to be much less than noble.
Palantir did not respond but rather referred to its blog on how the company handles data. “We act as a data processor, not a data controller,” it said. “Our software and services are used under direction from the organizations that license our products: these organizations define what can and cannot be done with their data; they control the Palantir accounts in which analysis is conducted.” And there you have it, Peter Thiel on behalf of Palantir takes no responsibility for what the administration can and will do with the data. That reminds me of an oft repeated Party Member refrain from a past authoritarian takeover.
I beleive we are way beyond a constitutional crisis and clearly on our way to being ruled by an authoritarian and the kleptocracy. There must be an effort to stop these rights to privacy and security as citizens. Most of the other destruction incurred thus far under this regime can be rectified in time. The masterlist however, along with ignoring the First Amendment right to freedom of speech is the plan for how to prevent that repair from happening. Remember he said that they would go after the enemies within. I’m quite sure he doesn’t mean Putin’s spis. He is referring to dissidents who oppose his ideology and plan for America’s future.
We the people, the business community that opposes the administration, the politicians-including Republicans, the veterans and personnel of the military who believe in and will follow the constitution, the lawyers, the educators, people of all stripes must come up with strategies to put the brakes on the compilation of private data for use by the current administration and all upcoming ones. We must stop the initiative to create dossiers on every American to prevent further tyranny.
Tomorrow, June 14, 2025, the day of the first military parade, outside of Memorial and Veterans Day, will have tanks rolling down the streets of Washington DC to show the strength of the President. Tomorrow will also be a day of rallies showing the power of the American people, encouraging the leaders to understand who they work for and that this administration cannot overturn the governing principles of America in favor of a King.
Be safe and keep cool tomorrow at your protest. Sit down if someone around you starts behaving in a way that might endanger you or your group. Be joyful and hang with friends. NO KINGS
